Home, Hope and Healing is an agency that was created and is dedicated to meeting the specific needs of the highly complex, medically dependent consumers in their homes. Our focus is family-centered and requires a team of professionals who value teamwork and achieving the impossible for this very select group of consumers. We believe that Home, Hope and Healing is their Maine Nursing Connection to superior services.
Our emphasis is not just on staffing the case. While we recognize that this is very important, it is only the very tip of the iceberg of the needs these consumers and their families have. The larger work is to be the "connecting piece" for the patient and his or her family to their varied healthcare providers.

What we do...
Our primary goal is to assist in the management of services and care on a case-by-case basis. This case specific management is directed towards the family and client's specific needs and desires; and changes as the needs of the family unit change. We believe that "case management", which is individualized on a case-by case basis and over time, is the key to our success. In order to do that however, we need nurses who want to grow professionally amidst a changing and often challenging healthcare environment so that they can make a difference in the lives of the people they serve.

We believe that we are in this "process of caring" together. Our nurses are our eyes and ears in these homes and their observations, thoughts and perceived needs drive the care. It is through our joint efforts that we will deliver a "new" and superior homecare service.
