Mission:
To become the leader in Private duty nursing services throughout the state of Maine . These skilled nursing services are centered on enhancing the quality of life for very ill consumers and their family/caregivers. This is accomplished through a team approach that majors in coordination of services amongst the health profession and family-centered goal setting. This agency seeks to promote an understanding of good health practices, to promote physical, emotional and psychosocial care to the seriously ill and their families; to prevent unnecessary institutionalization and to facilitate early discharge when admissions are necessary.
Goals of Home Hope and Healing:
To provide high quality services that reflect an approach that is holistic and to offer families and consumers a service that is based on more than simply staffing the case. Coordination that involves all disciplines and health care providers is a central goal in establishing a sound long term care home health program.
Meet Our Home Agency Office Staff
Jill Lufkin Robinson, RN BSN MBA - Executive Director
Jill is co- owner and heartbeat of Home, Hope and Healing. She oversees the business operations of the agency.
Jane Greenblatt, RN BSN - Clinical Director
Jane is co- owner and heartbeat of Home, Hope and Healing. She oversees the clinical operations of the agency.
Bill Robinson - Director of Operations
Bill oversees the staff scheduling and operations of the Home, Hope, and Healing Office.
Aimee Adams - Business Director
Aimee oversees the business department.
Sheryl Norton - Scheduler
Sheryl is responsible for scheduling of direct care staff.
Linda Gervais - Receptionist
Linda answers the phones and is responsible for clinical filing.
Heather Kinney - People Department / Worker's Compensation / Benefits Coordinator
Heather is responsible for worker's compensation claims, benefits adminstration, and other people department functions.
Susan Giroux, Accounts Payable.
Susan is responsible for paying the bills each week.
Alison Salley, Billing
Alison is responsible for all accounts receivable.
Vicki MacFarlane, RN - Staff Development
Vicki is responsible for all staff education.
Tammy Dixon , People Department Assistant
Tammy is the contact person for hiring and personnel files.
Heather Rollins, Payroll Clerk
Heather helps with weekly time cards and clinical notes.
Thea Fickett, RN - Intake Coordinator
Thea processes physician's orders and clinical paperwork for our clients.
Jackie Sanders - Administrative Assistant
Jackie's main focus is helping out in the intake department.
