Utilizing years of experience to provide expert care for medically fragile children in the comfort of their own home.
ADULT NURSING
Compassionate services for adults with disabilities while allowing them to remain in their own home with their loved ones.
Personal Care Services
Providing respectful in-home assistance with routine tasks for elderly and adults with disabilities by compassionate staff.

This is accomplished through:
- Evaluation on the level of services needed based upon each individual’s specific care needs
- Coordination of services with identified team members.
- Ensuring our staff are trained specific to each client’s individual needs
- Providing support services to family members through education and advocacy
- Working collaboratively with Office of MaineCare Services and contracted insurance companies
- Care Plan Development and revisions to assure optimum outcomes

Our Home Health services specialize in services for clients with high acuity/complex medical needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, gastric feedings, oxygen therapy, and seizure management. Our services are delivered with compassion and respect and our experienced health care providers are trained to recognize the sensitive blend of family dynamics with client’s medical needs.
Our Personal Care services are person centered, respectful and responsive. Our team works with each client to develop and implement an individualized plan for services that acknowledges the client as the primary decision maker.
